(September 16, 2022, 11:51 pm)When interviewing realtors in Red Deer, I interviewed numerous agents to help with the complicated sale of my mothers home for her estate. It was a very complicated deal, and Pam was the only one who was willing to take on such a task with no clear outcome, as this was not a normal sale. Out of the many I interviewed, Pam was the only one who didn’t pressure me to make a decision that day, and she was the only one who suggested what I thought was an extremely fair asking price, which she was able to get far more for the home that I ever imagined, and offered me her advice even if I chose not to sell through her. I chose Pam, as she was personable, easy to get along with, and willing to work with me in getting my moms home sold in a timely manner, and getting the best price we could. She updated me every step of the way, kept in close contact, and she was a great person to deal with all in all. I would recommend her to anybody looking to sell their home in the Red Deer area. Pam Warner is fantastic to deal with, and I would be choose her again in a heartbeat if I ever have to sell a property again. Thank you for your excellent service.

She knew alot about the city life and country life and what to look out for and questions to ask. She was just fantastic.. Hands down, the most chill vibe, non pushy, respectful, knows what she's doing, organized realtor ive ever came across.. This is your GO TO LADY!

She listened to everything we said and did not waste any time finding places to look at that matched our (almost impossible) criteria. We are so happy with our choice. She was also amazing at helping us through the process, and always got back to us soon when we called with even more questions. For selling our place... she brought enough information on houses for sale in our neighborhood so we could make an informed decision on what to list our place for.
