(April 4, 2023, 3:22 am)I appreciated the cleanliness, helpful service, a cannabis free community, online portal and the thoughtfulness of having a roll of toilet paper on move in day. However, there is is not any space to get a queen boxspring upstairs. Appliances, shower/tub are top notch and I am pleased with move in day.

(March 29, 2023, 8:04 pm)I haven't lived at Westridge. But have lived in Boardwalk Communities before. I had very good experience with them. Even during walkout inspections. If you leave the place as clean or cleaner than when you moved in and get damage repaired quickly when it happens, Boardwalk is very reasonable in refunding your whole deposit back. Would definitely rent from them again.

Nice and quiet with really respectful grounds keeper's, making sure the place looks tip top shape. Myrna has been really awesome and when we have a problem it is fixed right away. I am happy that I live here.

(May 12, 2021, 7:06 pm)We recently moved after renting here for over 5 years. We wouldn't have left if we didn't find a house to purchase instead. The leasing office gal, Myrna is a rockstar and I can't say enough great things about her! She has gone above and beyond for us over the years and has always responded to our requests in a timely manner. The outdoor maintenance guys always smiling friendly and did their best to keep the yard safe even during construction for kids to play on the grass.
Gord, the indoor maintenance guy is knowledgable and always did a great job fixing our requests. Highly recommend!
