(May 17, 2023, 7:35 pm)Should’ve done a review a long time ago but better late than never! Red Deer has its fine share of realtors but I can guarantee you that none of them will live up to Mike. He was extremely professional and timely during our house hunting process. My wife and I were first time home buyers and he walked us through the process and took a ton of time answering all our little questions.He was completely transparent and provided good advice throughout the whole time. He continues to be an excellent resource for any of our needs in our home and we’re extremely lucky that we’ve come across him. If you want to live in Red Deer, you’ll need someone who has been advocating for this city for the longest time and has dispelled a lot of hearsay regarding this city. You want someone who continually supports the city and shows up for its initiatives. Mike IS the guy.

He went above and beyond with helping me through the whole buying process, inspections, etc. and navigated the multidisciplinary teams for me to make to all come together without a hitch. His communication, efficiency and professionalism were beyond five star. He even carried my baby in her car seat for me while I did my walk through!

We had an accepted offer on our house within 4 days for full asking price, and it was a very smooth process. When buying, Mike was patient and very responsive, and offered insights on properties that we may not have thought of ourselves. If you’re looking for someone who truly understands real estate in Red Deer, Mike is your guy!

It was such a positive experience having a realtor be completely honest about his thoughts for not just the pros but the cons of each property. No sales gimmicks to get a quick commission! He has genuine interest in finding you the perfect home.

(December 21, 2022, 10:30 pm)Mike is an expert real estate professional! We accidentally fell in love with a home (which had an offer on it!) before our house was even listed. He worked quickly to get our home sold (1 day on the market!) and worked to get us the new house we had our hearts set on. Plus, he and Andrea are great humans on top of it all. If you’re in Central AB, working with Mike would be a great choice.
