(July 15, 2020, 4:00 pm)I always love spending time on my matt in this beautiful space. Everyone is very helpful and understanding everytime I need assistance. During the Covid19 pandemic they were very quick to respond and accommodating to their membership so yoga was accessible and within budget.

(October 28, 2019, 6:43 pm)I love this studio! I have been to so many different studios in Red Deer over the last several years and Yoga Nation is by far my favorite. The environment is so relaxed and very welcoming. Great place to learn and grow in your practice. Awesome variety of classes and the instructors are all so amazing. Highly recommend.
