I was guided with knowledge and experience to heal and support my body and growth in my own personal knowledge on these common issues. This is a workshop for everyone. I look forward to doing more work and learning with Peggy.

(December 6, 2022, 6:42 pm)I recently had the chance to take Peggy's Pelvic Floor Workshop. Peggy's knowledge and understanding of anatomy is outstanding. I knew she'd taken some training in working with fascia, but had not worked with her on this. If you have a body and have a chance - take this workshop. It's outstanding. You will learn so much about your body and how to make it function much better.
(earlier review) I have had the pleasure of working with Peggy on several occasions. She is my go-to person when I have any questions about moving your body in a healthy, pain-free and functional way. She is calm, thoughtful, encouraging and very knowledgeable about her client's needs. I highly recommend Peggy! -

Peggy is the most knowledgeable, open minded, broadly trained professional I have had the privilege to work with. Beyond that, when I saw her post pregnancy, she was a wizard at giving me tools to realign and strengthen ALL of the things again. Peggy’s pelvic floor workshop was a digestible amount of information in a short amount of time, that included many strategies I still use daily and weekly. Great ROI! She is friendly and approachable, and also knows the moments to be the tough love coach I need at times. Strongly, repeatedly recommend to anyone looking to improve their mobility, strength, flexibility, body function, or quality of life.

I feel that she views me not just as a person with physical needs and habits to unwind, she also views me as a whole person. Peggy has a kind and skilled way of bringing my attention and awareness to how I can change my relationship to my structure while gently reminding me to honour and attend to the mental, emotional and spiritual aspects are very much a part of my wellness.
