(February 18, 2019, 3:56 pm)The workout is effective and efficient! The circuit goes by in a flash. The trainers are constantly motivating us and encouraging us to try harder. Being able to bring my kids at no extra cost and have them watch me do this is a bonus!

The trainers are amazing and always push you to do your best! The motivation I receive from them is worth more than words can say. They remember your name, and genuinely care about your fitness journey! This is the best workout I have ever done. I LOVE RED DEER 30 MINUTE HIT!
