They offer a variety of different classes at lots of different times, including things like Yoga and kickboxing. Staff are super friendly, prices are reasonable, and overall has everything you need for a small town gym!

(January 10, 2020, 7:15 am)It's so nice to have a good gym in coaldale finally. They also have a smoothie bar inside. I just wish there was space for a few more machines, like a cable crossover. It still beats driving to the bigger gyms in lethbridge though.

(June 4, 2016, 4:09 am)Jordan the owner is cool and always ready to offer to help and spot people on the bench. The older man is awful at customer service, don't think he's ever worked in a gym or in customer relations. Good workout music, brand new equipment....little pricey though.
