(May 11, 2022, 1:37 pm)Well I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect! Yoga was never a thought or something I felt that would help me! I was going through lots and felt I needed something new and refreshing! I took a different avenue for my fitness and went for it!! I went to Harvest and the experience was extremely comforting and easy! Pauline took the lead as I am sure she noticed I was out of sorts and made me feel important! They took the time to make sure I got the right experience! They made suggestions of what pass I require! They don’t over sell they qualify! I appreciate the way all staff and management makes you feel! Great spot that I would recommend!!

(November 5, 2021, 8:17 pm)I've always been interested/dabbled in yoga but have only ever practiced alone at home, until at the beginning of 2020 a friend of mine dragged me to a few yoga studios in town to try them out. I was a little nervous & felt out of place bc I wasn't "good" at it (compared myself to others in class), and in my head I felt like I didn't fit the "mold" of someone who practices yoga. But I immediately felt comfortable and safe at Harvest and have considered it my second home since. In every Harvest class I've been to, every teacher emphasizes that listening to yourself and your body are the #1 thing, and now I practice knowing there's no need to compare, there's no such thing as being "good" or "bad" at it, and that anyone is welcome to practice their yoga at Harvest. I love the variety of classes they offer, and the variety of teachers; you can tell each of them have their strengths and are all so passionate in helping you nurture your yoga practice. A fun & safe place to feel deal heal. Practicing at Harvest yoga has changed so many things about my life!! Couldn't recommend them enough!!

(November 2, 2021, 1:23 am)I have been going to Harvest Yoga Studio for years, and absolutely love it here. Harvest is a safe and welcoming place to practice. I have always felt at home here. All of the teachers are super welcoming and teach so that any ability can practice here. I have been several different physical abilities, and I always feel able to practice to what level I am at. I absolutely love the studio, and would recommend it to anyone of any size or ability to practice here!

Pauline and Jess truly care about the Harvest Community and ensure their health and safety. Their communication is always clear and they are always open to questions and suggestions. I recommend anyone wanting to try Hot Yoga, try out the Harvest Yoga Studio if you want a positive, professional experience!!
