(October 24, 2019, 6:09 am)I have never been much of a gym rat. I played team sports all my life and the thought of going to the gym alone never sparked much interest. My son brought me to Fuel 10 months ago and I was hooked after the first day. The sense of community, support from the team of coaches and their ability to adapt any training session for any ability makes Fuel outstanding! Heading to Fuel is often the highlight of my day. I always feel welcomed, and forever challenged to do just a bit more. I highly recommend Fuel for anyone looking to improve your health.

(October 23, 2019, 4:16 pm)I believe that Fuel is the best gym in Lethbridge! All of the coaches are knowledgeable, competent and enthusiastic. The facility is well lit, contains updated equipment and is kept spotless (even though I let the chalk fly when I do pull ups). Every time I walk through the door I feel as though I belong there, everyone is kind, and it is easy to make new friends. There are NO BAD DAYS at fuel!! 10/10 would recommend!! No matter what age you are you will fit in here!!

The coaching team is second to none and provide a wide range of experience and outlooks that helped push me past what I thought were my limitations and continue to push to improve everybody that is part of the Fuel Community!
The facility is top notch, equipment in great shape and location is fantastic for external gym activities (Henderson Lake nearby for some 5km runs)
Saturdays are Free Community Class Days so there are great opportunities to try CrossFit with the Fuel Team -

Fuel has changed my life for the better.
Their mentality is quality of movement over anything else and this is sooooo important for later years.
CrossFit is all about knowing your body, moving well and having a fun time with friends and the community it provides. Fuel has such a beautiful community full of amazing people and awesome workouts.
They have a FREE Saturday community workout for anyone who wants to come learn and find out what CrossFit is all about. SO WORTH IT.
