I’ve been with insuramix for years and years now. Recently we purchased our very first home and due to unexpected reason our lawyer had to move the signing date earlier than expected. No heads up given to Ms.Cathy and no enough information for the new home ins. I was so stressed out because I was busy at work and with so many things as well couldn’t provide her much info she needed about the house but she made it work. She contacted the proper person on my behalf and made it work. She constantly and patiently communicated with me just to get everything done without me getting into more stress. She was very helpful and informative too and on our signing day she called me right at the exact time when the lawyer needed what they were asking for and went smoothly ofcourse with all her help.
