Barbara Blakely... I don't even know how to say how much I appreciate this woman. My first accident a had a few years ago and she was back She just made me know everything was going to be alright. she was clear, concise and correct and easy to get a hold of. I never second guessed her. let me add I have been in a recent accident, my adjustor is no where near this level of service, i was looking through my files saw her number and called her again even though I am not her client on this one, she let me know all is ok, gave me the information I needed in detail and let me know what I needed to do. This woman should get a huge bonus and be training all adjustors.
TD has always taken care of me. 2 not at fault claims and they have been there from the start with me. This new centre is super nice and, has friendly staff. I had the pleasure of working with Barbara, My adjuster and, she made the process painless. I was able to drop off my Jeep and, grab a rental all in the same place. I even got my Grand Cherokee back a few days earlier than expected. They detailed it inside and out. Great service ???????????????? Wonderful experience. ????????????????
A good experience with kind and seamless service. I came in for a small bumper repair. They cleaned the inside of my car very nicely, even got the smears off the inside of my windshield (from the last time I cleaned my car, I accidentally left smudges myself).
Barbara Blakely was outstanding and she was on the front lines giving my girlfriend and I such careful and kind help. Everyone we dealt with was nice.
My only issues at this point are that they adjusted my seats horribly and changed my radio station, I have only had the vehicle for about an hour since, but will update with more issues if my bumper falls off or something weird.
also I am unsure but they may have taken it out for a drive. make sure to write down your KMs.
overall, great service, great staff, glad to be the first reviewer. Make sure to keep doing great work, it doesn't go unnoticed! ...especially in an auto shop or insurance agency.
