(October 25, 2022, 6:40 pm)I have been a customer with Go Insurance for many years and now my son is also a customer - every single time i call for information or to change a vehicle (add and or remove) the service that is provided is amazing, even in this new world of hybrid work environments. The accommodations they make with having notes that i can make changes for my son on his behalf id never questioned and every interaction has been dealt with very professionally. Today i had the pleasure of dealing with Beth and Harman - they were both amazing - and anyone i have had to deal with over the years have been the same - I cannot think of any negative interaction at all. Thank you for your service and kindness - we need more kindness - You just made my day that much better.

Christina will always take the time to review my file and update me if changes can be made to either save me money or provide better coverage. Christina is always very pleasant to deal with and provides clear explanations to any questions that I may have.

They were very professional and insightful with what I needed and provided me with additional information that was very helpful. I felt I was being taken care of as a person and not just a numbered customer. Thank you ladies for your help. Definitely recommend Go Insurance as a go to brokerage.
