Lynn is very kind, informative, and intuitive. The reflexology session I did with her in my own home was awesome. I feel like it cleared so many toxins out of my system, and helped relieve a lot of neck pain i had been experiencing. I HIGHLY recommend In Balance Reflexology!

The few days following the treatment, I felt my body was becoming more in balance with feelings, work, sleep, exercise, food and lots of water in the forms of drinking it and soaking in epsom salt baths. It was beyond relaxation; it felt like a recalibration of my system. I am able to handle situations and feelings with a more balanced perspective and the greater ability to make quality decisions in each moment that arises.
Lynn is so knowledgeable and her treatments are beyond relaxing. I highly recommend her! And the fact she comes to you cannot be beat.
