Very impressed with the easy teaching method along with the fun and physical fitness she is achieving. Francois the instructor is excellent with the kids and works with all the kids building confidence and enjoyment in the sport. If you are looking for a great place to learn a martial art along with respect for the sport and each other this is the place

(February 1, 2019, 6:06 am)This Gym is so amazing.....My son has been in kickboxing for 8 years and started in Elite's Kids class. He absolutely loves it and it's built his self esteem and discipline. It's so great that his adult sister has started kickboxing too. I've done a class and I can tell you....the instructors are patient and amazing.
