  Very friendly staff, esp. the manager - Tracey Fabulous (ya, that's her name!!) - is really fabulously helpful. Nice cars and cheaper than the bigger operators. Free shuttle provided, from and to, Edmonton airport. Fortunately found them through Skyscanner!

  Found Routes while searching online and liked the reviews. I'm 100% agreeing with the masses - excellent service, fast, prompt, reasonable - just made the rental experience a personal/enjoyable service. They offer a windshield - tire insurance at the counter - TAKE IT! Alberta has terrible roads, covered in rock and dirt. We travel there a lot so we know it is hard on the windshield. we took the coverage and it saved us $$$$ after we got a chip on the highway. Highly recommend Routes - and just so you know - there is a real Tracy and she is FABULOUS!

  First of all - excellent customer service. Excellent. I was so impressed with the counter staff, they were friendly and thorough. While picking up my car another person was returning and was a total douche to the staff who remained patient with him although he was clearly trying to be difficult. Well done Routes. I could not have kept my cool with such a customer. I enjoyed my experience and applaud the people who do such a good job for their customers - even the idiot ones.

  Great costumer service, fast transaction and very friendly staff. And also nice car for cheap price. I would definitely rent here again and its highly recommended.

  Found Routes online and the reviews were great so I tried them. Excellent service. Shuttle was fast and on time. the cost was good. But the counter service was incredible. The ladies there were fast and courteous and just a pleasure to deal with. I don't normally do reviews but this really was an exceptional experience. Absolutely a must rent when in Edmonton
