  Always a pleasure renting from National. They make it easy to do business with them. That is not always the experience that I have had dealing with some of the other rental car companies.

  Very good service. The trunk of the car I selected had some debris from the last renter & when I mentioned it I was offered a different car or a free toll pass. The check out petson was very upbeat as was the return clerk. I was also given a business card in case anything went wrong on the trip! Great team.

  Renting from National is difficult if you're an Edmonton resident w/o any flight activity as they've no outlets in the city proper. The ETS "747" bus makes doing so a snap though ($5 from Century Park). As an Emerald member the level of service I experienced was exceptional. EIA staff were courteous, helpful and went the extra mile on a couple of points. Best for me is the "any car in the aisle" feature; I've a bad back and being able to sit in a vehicle before I drive away in it is special. Appreciate the support and thoroughness of the staff. Rental costs are well and accurately documented, as are the options and choices available to me. Check-in / check-out are expertly & courteously handled.

  Overall a really good experience with National Car Rental in Edmonton. I was travelling alone with my children and they were very helpful pulling up a vehicle for me as well as getting the car seats I rented. Since National offers the service of renting car seats (which is awesome and a huge lifesaver not having to travel with them) I feel that it would be extremely beneficial to train staff to install car seats safely into different vehicles. I have car seats of my own and know how to install them, but it was very stressful having to install them while trying to keep my two young children happy. If my husband had been with me, it would have been no problem to install them. Another suggestion would be to have the car seats installed in the vehicle before the customer arrives.
