  Rented a car for our trip into town. Vehicle given was clean and newer and appropriate for the size we booked. Attendant who was in charge of checking in and handing over car was incredibly friendly and helpful with directions on how to get out and return. Airport has great signs on where to go at return time. Convenient location for pick up and drop off as we were visiting for first time. Will definitely book with them again.

  The car was good, but all their cars are fitted with all season tires and not winter tires. In Alberta and on a 100$ a day rental, that would be a minimum, but 4 season is still acceptable. What is not is having the Enterprise guy, thinking I was a tourist, telling me that all season tires are as good as winter tires and that it's all good because it's a 4 wheel drive and his personal car has the same and yaddi yadda. That's wrong, misleading and potentially dangerous things to say to someone who wouldn't be used to Alberta and Rockies winter conditions. This guy was either incompetent or dishonest. Low standard.

  Floor mats were soaking wet. My wife's leather purse was ruined and some paper bags full of groceries. Car was fine other than that.
