(November 15, 2022, 11:38 pm)I had read the reviews on this office and based on it, my husband and I made an appointment to visit this branch. Frenty Ko answered the phone and set up the appointment for us. From the time we walked into the office, the front desk personnel interacted with us in a friendly manner. We didn’t have long to wait. Frenty was very welcoming. She explained in detail her plan of action and we were asked to come back in half an hour while she perused our documents. Frenty had the documents ready. She explained step by step the process and procedures. She outlined and instructed us on the right plan of action. In a few days time my husband received his refund cheque from Revenue Canada.
Frenty is a true professional. She has a vast knowledge base. She treated us with respect. She answered all our questions. She interacted with verve and humour. I would definitely recommend her services and she will be my ‘go to person’ for all our future CRA needs. A Big Thank You, Frenty. -

(March 16, 2022, 1:20 pm)I have always had my taxes done by an accountant; this year I tried to do my own taxes and realized I do not understand this stuff, so I called H+R Block. I took all my papers to the location at Crowfoot and filled out all appropriate forms which only took a few minutes. I received a call from Marta a couple of days later that my taxes were done and she was ready to review them with me. Marta was great, she explained everything clearly. She is very professional and friendly. We are very happy with the process and the results.
Like to update my review. We just did our 2021 taxes and went back to see Marta. She was as friendly and professional as the last time we saw her. This time we made an appointment to see her and she did our taxes right in front of us which took less than an hour to complete. I was very impressed by the fact that she not only remembered me from last year she could even recall some of the tax decisions we had made last year -
