The team went above and beyond helping move and prep the garage, they then restored our concrete flooring and laid down epoxy completely changing the dynamic of that space. The quality of work was top tier and we really appreciated the level of customer service that Blakely contracting brought to the table. We'll be using them on future projects. Highly recommend!!

(July 31, 2021, 7:41 pm)Wow! what can I say. Scott, and his crew saved the day and restored our faith in the house building, construction industry. Our very popular builder, that posts all over Instagram and dominates the Marda loop, Altadore area for inner city building, made a critical error at step one. Planning and grading. Our house was dug over a foot too deep and therefore the foundation was way below our neighbors yard and our front yard tree. That tree has since been removed. Scott came on board and made sure it was done right with the extra cost to the builder. He put pilings in and a proper base and rebar that connected our segmented steps so they would wouldn't shift years from now. They extended our retaining wall and made sure it was done right. Added weeping tile under the layers of gravel and soil in areas that needed it. They went above and beyond delivering top notch customer service. They listened to us, spray painted out different options and really cared about our family and our home. After meeting them, I went on their website and checked out their work. It says somewhere that they love a challenge. Well they do and they delivered. There were times, they left the site to rethink and strategize, making sure it was done correctly the first time. Thank you Scott, Jason and crew!!!! You guys will forever be our concrete go to, for years to come.
