I am in my second week here and I am not gonna lie it is tough. But hey its 45 mins of hard work and then done. Its getting easier as I am getting in better shape. I have started to loose weight, but most of all my clothes are starting to fit better again and I feel so awesome after a work out. I have worked out at the gym for years and I knew I wasn't pushing myself enough to get where I want to be. I want to thank the teachers (especially Nick)and the people I work out with. Great Support comes from working out with people who want to be the best they can be. I do it for Me! Come join and be the best you can be you wont regret it.
Going on my 2nd month, love it! Only one hour a day and you will notice a difference in only a few weeks but will feel tremendously better everyday! Worth it! Get your butt kicked by Nick! Great trainer, knows how to push you to reach your goals! Check it out!
I joined Northwest Fitness half way through March, and I have nothing but the best things to say about this place. All of the trainers know their stuff and how to push you out of your comfort zone. I've never been one to be able to go to the gym and do my own thing, that's why this place works for me. I come here for 45 minutes, get my butt kicked, and leave knowing I had a complete workout. The trainers are very knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. Not to mention, everyone I workout with is very friendly and love to give high-fives when the class is over. I would (and do) recommend Northwest Fitness to everyone I know. I've found my forever gym, and I love it here!!!
Northwest Fitness is the place to go if your looking to change your life forever. The trainers here offer so much positive advice and support to keep you on track and moving forward. Some days are harder then others, my trainer Nick really pushes me when I don't think its mentally or physical possible to push any further. He brings such a positive attitude and drive to help me reach my goals!
Thank you for all the encouragement, and the motivation at the 5:15am class. I look forward to seeing you every morning and its the perfect way to start my day. I have been a member since Oct.5th and have watched my body start to turn fat into muscle. I still have work to do, but with the help from you I do know its possible, Thank you Shelly!
