He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time. He explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Selling a home can be challenging, but working with Ted made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We can’t recommend him enough.

We needed a house short notice, he did the best he could to work around our schedule and he always answered our calls and texts very rapidly when we had questions between visits. He proposed very decent houses around our budget, gave insightful pros and cons and just made the experience easy. Here's a good one Ladies and Gentlemen.
