He was patient, he listened to our goals and objectives of getting a new top notch device but slightly reducing our overall costs, and he went above and beyond to make us happy, set us up with accessories, and most importantly, ensure we will be coming back from this point forward. In addition to the in-store experience, he has been communicating with us after the fact to make sure we received our online ordered items and that we were satisfied. I enjoyed this experience a lot more then our previous visits to the Bell store.
