(August 1, 2021, 3:03 am)Its high rent. But Multimedia included in the rent (well you pay 75$ in the rent) but wifi is weak. They have house with basement. Appartment. 2 story appartment. House with no basement. Top roof. Prices varies.

One outdoor adult pool
One family family pool with fall
Big green yard for kids to play or pik nik area. Its like a vacation resort. You can jogg walk arround the site.
Medical clinic. Dental clinic. Near Lakeshore Hospital. Convenience store. Laundry rooms extra charge. Lockers extra charge. Small hand car wash in garage. -

(January 10, 2017, 11:52 am)Have had my family doctor here for 4 years, and Dr Abadir is awesome, not a huge fan of the locked bathrooms, but, I understand why they do it, not much in the way of "shopping" here, but then again, it's primarily here as a medical clinic, but, I do miss the cafe.
