(May 7, 2020, 10:22 pm)Carl did a wine and cheese tasting for a college class reunion. He did a wonderful job. We had a variety of wines paired with carefully selected cheeses. I really enjoyed the experience and learned a lot. My wife is much more knowledgeable about wine than I am, and she learned a lot as well. Carl's knowledge of wine is encyclopedic. And his knowledge and love of food just elevates the experience.

If you are intimidated by snooty wine connoisseurs but are interested in learning how to properly appreciate a good bottle, Carl is definitely the man to call.
