The management and the front desk staff are incredible and, from day one, took the time to get to know me. I am greeted warmly and by name every time I step into the studio.
The instructors are skilled, professional, fun, motivating and they genuinely care about your well-being. You will feel supported to crush whatever goal you have set for yourself. Special shout-out to Pak and Hardip… You have changed my life!

The variety of classes and instructors gives you the opportunity to schedule your workouts based on your preferred style, intensity, and of course date and time. Rush Cycle has encouraged me to gain back my motivation and confidence when it comes to working out. I am extremely satisfied after joining this 3-in-1 fitness center and definitely recommend it to everyone!

Thank you Mich for finding room to squeeze into strength training class, I truly appreciate your kindness and effort to make your clients happy.
Lastly, I truly want to thank a specific trainer Shahrir Karim for his CONSTANT energy & motivation, there hasn't been a class that I didn't enjoy. His content for his spin classes are not only unique, but as well fun. He's always ready to take the time to explain the proper techniques to avoid injuries which I find not every instructor tend to do during their classes.THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING PATIENT & DELIVERING FIRE CONTENT!
