Having a chronic sore back limited my exercise regimen and I didn't know where to turn. The friendly and knowledgeable trainers have guided me to goals that I have smashed; running my first triathlon, reducing my body fat to under 20% and teaching me proper eating and workout techniques. This is by far the best gym in the West Island!

The owner, Liza, has done a fantastic job of putting together a team that is passionate and dedicated to their craft. They are there to help you every step of the way. What I like most is how fast the workouts go by and how EVERY WORKOUT IS DIFFERENT. You know that means? No boredom, no plateau. I have tried many gyms, workout styles (Zumba, 30-minute Hit, spinning, hot yoga, etc.) and I can honestly say, this is by far the one that has given me results like nothing I've tried before. Do your body a favour and sign up for a one-week trial - you will be so happy that you did.
