(September 27, 2022, 11:26 pm)If you enjoy HIIT workouts, and dislike gyms, this is the best place to go to get the personalized, evenly structured and methodically organized classes that target a full body burn and truly feel as though you have your very own personal trainer. Shannon Blackwood's classes - both "Zumba" and "Cardio Core + More" - offer a complete body workout. You can definetely tell that physical fitness is her passion and that her goal is to make sure everyone is enjoying themselves. If your goal is to transform your body then these are the classes to take. I was able to lose weight while having fun - there is nothing better than that! I highly reccomend taking her classes!
