He's a really smart guy going to McGill to become a physiotherapist (with a minor in Kinsiology).
A real certified trainer (beware, you can get those certificates anywhere, but he did an actual real thorough course, including full CPR training) he knows about the body and the aches and pains - and injuries of getting older! He can even make you a diet plan.
Mainly, I like that he's realistic, honest ...and a great motivator to get you healthy and help you meet your goals (whatever they are - whatever your age).
You get a lot for your dollar with him compared to other personal trainers. -
