Thai Massage is a wonderful healing modality, to stretch and relax the whole body. Pilates classes with Michele are full of attention to detail and fun exercise plans. Both my husband and myself look forward to weekly classes. Her herbal tinctures are a lifesaver. Highly recommend her professional expertise.
