Very satisfied with the product, but even more so with the service. When I bought the house, the heating system under the floor of the bathroom was already installed, but did not heat. I dreaded having to pay thousands of dollars (to undo the ceramic) to have it fixed. I called customer service, and I spoke with a gentleman who was very patient with me, explaining to me how it works and helping me, step by step (30 minutes on the phone) to try to fix the problem. And now it works! Thanks a lot!
We have used Flextherm products in over 4 bathrooms and we enjoy them every day. We continue to specify the same product over and over again. Plus the supplier is located close to Montreal if we ever need additional info or hardware. Their Customer Service is also very good.
