They have terrific trainers that are friendly and keep you motivated, which makes this whole experience 100x better!! Whether you are just starting out or consider yourself a pro, 30 minutes of this full body workout is all you need! 30 Minute Hit keeps on challenging you in the best way possible! Can’t wait to see my progress throughout this journey!!

All the staff members are extremely motivating and help you with everything you need. I felt very welcomed from the first day i started and still continue to do so. I haven't felt this great in a while!

From the moment entering the circuit, to meeting Robert, and being pushed to dig harder and harder; it ultimately led to my joining and becoming a member of the communHITy. Both Robert and Toni (owners) are great at motivating you and pushing you to your limit and helping you stay in form. You want to punch, kick, tone and sweat while having fun and listening to awesome.music to get you energized? Then come join us at 30 min HIT (sorry boys ladies only). The only thing you'll regret, is not joining sooner.
