(December 28, 2017, 8:23 pm)A great place to keep fit. They offer excellent Kung Fu classes (Shaolin and Lei Tai) for both adults and children, with a Shixiong dedicated to its students. A weight room is also available with a very nice atmosphere. Programs adapted to our needs are available and bring real results.

Classes for children help them with their motor development, but also with their self-esteem and confidence (in addition to having fun). The blend of Shaolin and Lei tai is a good supplement for adults. Very happy to have found my activity, a great place and a great gang!

Personalized training programs according to your needs and objectives, martial arts classes for children that help them build their self-confidence and for adults who want to take up challenges! The group spirit is very present and we build strong friendships through training! I've been there since it opened and I recommend it to everyone!
