(March 8, 2018, 5:46 pm)Pretty decent place. Looking at other reviews and I found them petty. It is a gym. There will always be meat heads and idiots trying to impress.
The name is EconoFitness. I find it fantastic since I work out downtown Mtl and when I don't have time I train at nights in Laval. Price is excellent and it is a no frills kind of place. And surprisingly clean.
If you want peace and quiet then buy a home gym. There is no espresso bar that will cater to your whims. So if you want extra stuff change gym.
Would also like to mention that security is being beefed up so any complaints of this nature will be moot.
