A dealer representative named Kevin contacted me and informed me they are having issues with their software platform, which results in inaccurate pricing being communicated to places like autotrader, Kijiji autos and even their own website. I suggest you call to verify pricing before visiting. They also mentioned they will honour any advertised price w/ proof of it (ie screenshot).
BUYER BEWARE.
Visit was ok... salesperson was friendly. They wouldn't even budge on asking price, so a deal was not struck which is fine. The salesperson took down my number and said they'd be in touch if another model came up closer to my budget.
The next morning, I see they raised the price of the car I was looking at by $1500, which in my book is very questionable business practice, especially considering the carfax had over $11,000 in damage repair of which they would not even specify the location (ie front, rear, etc).
Kind of shady, glad I didn't do business with them in the end. -

My sales lady (Gabriella) was simply the best: kind with great listening skills and truly there to help me get the best possible deal ever! It was like being advised by a trusted friend. I highly recommend Auto Durocher! :)

Very professional from the whole team.
I want to thank especially Serge Gohier for helping find the right SUV. I appreciated the fact that he listens to your needs and takes the time and is very honest. Olivier at the service of mechanic is great and explained all details done to my car. I highly recommend this place. -

The moment I stepped in I was greeted, assigned to a rep, did not feel pressured at all ! We went through the car's details, I was given a rather complete breakdown on the vehicle, was very well treated, and then met Marie Claude St Germain, the financing specialist who went through every fine detail and put together a great finance deal that sealed the deal for me !
Throughout the whole process it was smooth, rather transparent, and friendly.
The facilities are very well organized, clean, recent cars which seem in excellent condition, and seem to offer a full range of services.
This has to be the best car buying experience in a long time.
Would I recommend buying a car from Durocher ? YES !!
