He took the time and actively searched for alternative options that would fit my criteria. Hugo made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new car, he is truly an asset to the dealership.

I had a sort of controversial experience, I had an official recall on my car ... I immediately booked an appointment, a month an half before cause was apparently overbooked for the whole time. Got the place... nobody knew about that appointment, and my booking was never in their system. Who was in charge to deal with that,had not clue to what was going on. I had to ask for a Manager to get help, because the answer from who was in charge to deal with that was ... "oh well we can only give you another appointment"... Turned up that the manager ( Mr . Martin Noel, I never would thank you enough) let in my car and they did the job in 40 min.
Now my question is : " is all that acceptable? Or something like that can be avoided?" -

He understood our needs and went above and beyond with providing pertinent vehicle instructions, car delivery and warranty information. Will definitely recommend 440 Ford Lincoln Laval to my friends and colleagues!

Robert as my service person is always patient and explains things thoroughly and they take all of your issues seriously no matter how small or obscure. Waiting room is also big and nice and clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend anyone to go there va other dealerships I have been to in my life.

The turnaround speed of the service that he provides is quite fast.
His approach towards handling clients is very mature. Very often, he gives advice that goes above and beyond the immediate transaction. He is generous about his time and concern, he shares very useful knowledge pointers about fleet management from his experience.
