Ionodes Tech Support Agent, Phil provided me with EXCELLENT customer support regarding an issue with trying to get their IONConfigTool program to open up on both my laptop and P.C. He called me back within 5 minutes of me leaving an email message, remotely took control of my computer and had the issue resolved within 5 minutes! I was then able to finish an install of their R100 Decoder on a customer's boat. OUTSTANDING SERVICE! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCT!
