(June 7, 2021, 7:22 pm)Fantastic product, having never done railings, I was concerned as to whether I should attempt this on my own. After looking at the product on the website I figured I should be able to tackle this. I received the product and was pleasantly surprised at how well it was packaged. I installed a 3 piece railing system, stairs up/stairs down from a landing area and an open cross hallway and couldn't be happier, easy to install and looks great. I went with the black posts with 11mm stainless rods and stainless rail.

(March 26, 2021, 12:35 pm)Our experience dealing with this Canadian Company has been amazing. They were very responsive usually getting back to us with 24-48 hrs. Ordering was easy, I did have to pick up my order as the shipping cost to Ottawa was high, however they did replace parts at no cost and delivered them right to my door. We did have some issues during installation but Bocani worked with us to solve all of them. The finished project looks amazing, quality product, well made and looks fantastic. We have had lots of inquiries about the product, and we have referred them to the Bocani website
