I warmly recommend Ms. Gareau, M.A psychologist. I started seeing her because I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder. Thanks to cognitive-behavioral therapy (without medication), to the competence and great listening skills of Ms. Gareau, and also thanks to my perseverance in applying what I learned and carrying out the practical exercises, today I feel free of this disorder, even if it is said that there is no cure for it.
