(November 5, 2018, 8:08 pm)Friendly staff, clean, the group classes are very good. It is a little small and when it’s crouded there isn’t enough machines sometimes you have to wait to start your cardio. Overall a good place to workout.

from Toronto. I'm a goodlife member and get access. The gym is clean and hasn't been overly crowed for a small gym. It had all the essential to get a workout in.
