It didn't work the first time, there was a refrigerant leak in addition to the initial problem.
They came back and made it work and charged me a very reasonable price. The ice machine works better than when we bought it!

(March 30, 2017, 9:00 pm)A very professional and reliable company. They reply to their messages very quickly and make appointments in a very timely matter. They are very honest and upfront. They informed me that I needed to change the plumbing and I'm glad I had it fixed because it could have resulted in a lot of water damage. They fixed our 5 year-old ice machine in just one hour and came back immediately after there was a small leak. They specialize in commercial ice machines but they also fix all kinds of refrigerators and freezers. I highly recommend this company!
