I discovered different tools (teachings, meditation, yoga ...) meditation has become a real need for me. It allows me to manage my emotions! And that for a hypersensitive is a real gift! Thank you Louise!
The daily capsules, the workshops, the conferences allowed me to identify what no longer serves me, the wounds ... and to welcome. I still have a long way to go and I can't wait to continue this great adventure with you.
