I must admit sebastien, Director of used cars division was in tune with my objectives and expectations. His availabilities to achieve this is simply rare in todays fast pace market. Nevertheless he has gone above and beyon to seek my expectations with a variety of suggestions and opertunities. At the end what a great purchase and what an outstanding humanized service with a personal touch. Congrads Sebastien Madore for your great success, your outstanding attention to client needs, your people skillsets are very attentive. (August 10, 2018, 9:16 pm)Good dealership, only recommendation was to make me feel more hospitable, based off previous reviews where customers are praising your customer service, I did not feel I got a 5 star service, hence the 4 stars I am leaving you. A small but impactful example was that we were not offered anything to drink as we sat down to negotiate the purchase of a vehicle, we had to ask (water), usually one would expect stellar treatment in this regards. Given that a dealer stays in business from people who actually buy cars, it would be in your best interest to make sure customers who are actually looking to purchase a vehicle are treated like gold.
