The batteries (5) of my scooter were defective after 1 year and 5 days of use and they changed them for free (the 5) after realizing that 2 of the batteries were defective. Even after the 5 day warranty expired, it cost me nothing. They said that several companies would still charge but not them, they are not crossers. I strongly recommend doing business with them for everything electric (bicycle, scooter, scooter, batteries and others). They even offer pick-up and installation service. Real reliable and honest professionals..
