  So I didn’t actually stay at this hotel, although I was supposed to. Somehow my reservation got screwed up through Expedia (not the fault of Hotel Sepia), so I didn’t have a room for the night. Mario at the front desk looked up and called other hotels for me, and helped me book a room at another hotel over the phone. Great service, but I’m not done! Not only did he help me book a room at another hotel, but since I took an Uber from the airport and it was 11pm with not many ride options left, Mario offered to drive me there in his personal vehicle!!!
  
  I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels all over North America, and this has been one of the most impressive experiences I’ve had with a hotel. Great customer service from Hotel Sepia, and my hats off to Mario for going above and beyond what was needed. Thanks for everything, and I highly recommend this hotel if they employ the type of service I got.

  The perfect hotel for the business traveller. I stayed here a few months ago due to its proximity to my work; then repeated the experience with anticipation, when I needed a hotel again in Quebec city.
  
  Why so great for the business traveller? One word: comfort.
  
  Comfort everywhere, starting with an eminently comfortable king-sized bed. That is one comfortable bed. Comfort in the bathroom, where everything works just so, from the lighting, to the toilet to the shower and rainfall showerhead. Comfort in the TV, the accessory furniture, the easy-to-use and effective air confitioner; comfort in the access and the service and the cleanliness and the exemplary house-cleaning service.

  Decent hotel. Kind of far from everything, but not a bad price. You can definitely do better though.

  Good hotel and amenities. They are inefficient when it comes to handling the charge of the hotel to your payment method.
  
  I got charged 3 times for the stay and I will not be a repeat customer.

  Hotel Sepia was easy to find off the highway (even with all the construction). Check in was fast and friendly. My french is lousy, but the young man at the front desk spoke English wonderfully. The room was clean and tasteful and the bed was super comfy, which for my husband and I (after driving from Nova Scotia) was very important! The shower is amazing. A real treat! We took advantage of the shuttle during the day, where we enjoyed the City and scoped out the parking situation. We came back to the room for a little respite and drove back into old city for the evening. Easy drive in and back. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Quebec City!
