  Always a great place. Rooms are smaller but very stylish and the bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Staff is very helpful and parking is free. A great place to stay in the Ste-Foy borough of Quebec city.

  Nice hotel. I didn't get to experience much as I arrived late and left the next morning. Room was nice. I usually don't sleep well the first night on travel, and didn't here; I found the mattress to be too hard for my preference. A second night may have affected my opinion. Convenient shopping nearby (Wal-Mart) to purchase the toiletries I forgot.

  EV charging stations work well. The rooms are clean. There's a gym. Staff are nice and friendly. They speak French and English well. Great location. Strongly recommend.

  Super nice and helpful front-desk staff. While rated as a 4-star hotel, the building is showing its age, and you can find much cheaper choices, same distance from old city, which are do not have that 'aging' feeling.
  
  Room was very nice, and better finished than aforementioned cheaper choices.
  
  During my stay, I did have a slightly negative experience with noise coming into room from hallway around 6AM, waking me up, which I later found out was from maintenance staff having a chat from a maintenance closet next to elevator. Since not many reviews mention noise, this may be an isolated incident.
  
  All-in-all: I feel the hotel as a whole is a bit of a stretch on the 4-star pricing, with some 3-star choices beeing a better value.

(418) 658-1224 Stayed here on a Saturday night this past weekend and I will say that the service and quality were phenomenal. The hotel is a short drive to downtown (10 minutes approx) and offered free parking and wifi.
