The food is amazing. Definitely one of the best meals you can have in Quebec. The tasting menu is well worth it even though it may seem expensive. The 6 course meal presents you with multiple seasonal produce from the region and they are prepared beautifully.
I took the non-alcoholic pairing and was pleasantly surprised. I had my reservations about paying 45$ for it but when the first one came I was sold. The drinks complement perfectly each of the 6 dishes of the menu and they added a very interesting component to the course meal. I would definitely go back to the non-alcoholic pairing over the wine pairing if I were to eat there again.

Very inventive preparations and presentations. We started with 1/2×1/2 oysters, raw and served under a warm a lobster reduction.....amazing. 3 others with a delicious partridge dish. Great wine recommendation and personable and helpful service...thanks Nicolas.

Each course of the tasting menu was an exciting surprise. The waitstaff were competent and welcoming. The explanations that accompanied each food and drink presentation were interesting and informative. They even had a version of the tasting menu tailored for vegetarians and vegans which is certainly not a given in this city.

Definitely an extraordinary dining experience, utilizing local produce. I took the 6 course tasting menu with non alcoholic cocktail pairings. Each dish was unique, tasteful, and well plated, excellent presentation. The staff is extremely professional we’ll trained in Providing the details behind each plate. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with the one of a kind non alcoholic pairing, the cocktails were well presented and each one was tailored to the serving, elevating the flavours of the plate to a new level. ambiance is welcoming. Thanks for the impeccable service Chris, will definitely be returning.

The best food in the city. The tasting menu is incredible and diverse. I cannot recommend a place more. I would book a flight right now, fly 1200 miles for dinner and go through any hell just to relive the experience..
