This is the second time we have done business with him and we are very satisfied. He is very friendly and courteous. He gave us good advice for the maintenance of our foundation and our brick walls (the house dates from 1921). We needed a small repair at the foundation for a window that had just been pierced and Mr. Gariépy came the day after our call. We only had to send some photos by text message and we received an estimate in the next hour. -

(November 21, 2017, 5:11 pm)Following four estimates submitted by different companies, I chose to use the expertise of this company to solve serious problems of infiltration of water in my basement. Mr. Gariépy's expertise helped to identify the source of the problems that spread moisture in the foundations and an infestation of carpenter ants. He did everything to solve all the problems definitely and thus put the foundations in the best conditions.
I highly recommend this company. I felt secure by their advice and their experience clearly demonstrated by the realization of their work.
