He explained a lot to us during the inspection that helped us better understand the condition of the property. His report is clear and well done. Even my father who was present had doubted him because he looks young to finally leave with his business card for the recommended. He is excellent.

As first-time buyers, he knows how to put us at ease and inform us about all the points to be corrected about the house. We get a real good idea of the good we are buying and we were able to have the very complete report in less than 24 hours! The service is impeccable.
