  Great hotel! They should improve on the cleaning though. My room had some uncleaned areas in the bathroom.

  I got stuck here in Montreal when Lufthansa messed around with my flight... but that’s another review. When they gave me the voucher to this hotel, I quickly looked it up on TripAdvisor and saw it was a 3 star. I wasn’t looking forward to this. But when I got here the staff put me in my room quickly. The room I was given was nice, clean, updated and comfortable. I was truly surprised. The restaurant was closed by the time we arrived. So I told the front desk that there were about 20 of us with vouchers. They did their best to keep the kitchen open and serve what they could. It was fish, rice, and some macaroni salad. Normally I expect better but when people in the service industry go out of their way to help you with whatever they can, I appreciate it.

  Check in was super fast. Staff was friendly and helpful considering my French is not fantastic. Room was big. Only disappointment was no coffee in the room. The breakfast buffet was just OK.

  Stayed one night on short notice; our airline booked us a stay after a missed connection. The room was nice and clean, the staff were polite, and the beds were comfortable. I was quite happy with the hotel and the service. The shuttle staff in particular were a huge help; the driver came to find my brother and I when we didn't see his shuttle van past all the others. Great place to stay!

  Room was beautiful! It has been recently remodeled and very well at that. Super comfortable bed. It does have long hallways so if you have a lot of luggage you would be better to use a cart which they have. Good value for the money!
