  Incredible instructor! Very clean facilities and family friendly environment. Great place to start exercising, learning self defence or even to mastering martial arts (Brazilian jiu jitsu). Highly recommend!

  Great Jiu-Jitsu school taught by a true master who lives by the teachings of the founders. His methodologies and mentoring of the lifestyle to both adults and children shows his passion for Jiu Jitsu. One of the best designed studios around, great layout and comfortable for both the students and those watching from the sidelines. Can't say enough positives about Jiu Jitsu Saint Laurent!
